Frostgard is a nation in the Highlands region.

Frostgard borders the more habitable Highlands Plains and the Arctic Peaks. Its position in the continent makes it ideal for arctic research. Frostgard is relatively inhospitable in the northernmost parts of the nation but in the south there is a quickly growing community of farmers and researchers studying the ecological differences between the climates.
Frostgarn people generally migrated to Frostgard or are descended from immigrants as historically the nation’s land was too close to The Sun Spirit's territory to be considered safe for colonisation. Frostgard borders the play area of Highlands so Frostgarn researchers and farmers are often found in the surrounding badlands, generally in Arctic environments.
