Blue berries are a food item that can be quickly eaten by the player. They can also be enchanted into enchanted berries.
Obtaining
Harvesting
Blue berries can be collected from a Berry Bush by breaking the block, yielding 1-3 blue berries normally, and 1-4 when placed on top of enchanted aether grass. After breaking, the block will turn into a Bush Stem.

Usage
Food
To eat a blue berry, press and hold use while it is selected in the hotbar. Eating one restores 2 (
) hunger and 0.3 hunger saturation.
A player can consume blue berries about twice as fast as any other food item in the game.

Composting
Blue berries when placed into a composter has a 30% chance of raising the compost level by 1.
Breeding
Blue berries can be fed to animals in the Aether to breed them. Valid mobs include phygs, flying cows, sheepuffs, and aerbunnies.
